



Nikaweratiya Regional Literary Arts Festival was held on 10/12/2021 at the main auditorium of the Nikaweratiya Divisional Secretariat giving priority to health guidelines.
The event was organized by Nikaweratiya Divisional Secretary JMIRK Jayasundara with the participation of Assistant Divisional Secretary Priyantha Sri Wickramasinghe with the assistance of the Department of Cultural Affairs.
The winners of the Regional Literary Competition and Mr. DM Jayantha Dissanayake who participated for the first time in the "Visula Mini" Literary Competition organized by the North Western Provincial Council and won the first place in the Novel Manuscript Competition and won the first place in the Classical Literature category.
